PRIVACY OF DATA

Can we send documents physically?

No. You are required to send all documents through E-mail only. Digital signature in any case can be send through courier.

Can I send documents on watsapp?

We accept the documents on WhatsApp also but we always advice our client to mail the documents for proper maintenance of records

What is the safety of our documents and data?

We at onlinechartered.com are using high security system for maintenance of data and documents which prevents unauthorized access to data or documents. Only that professional who is handling your work will have access to your data and no one else

Can I get my documents back once the process is over?

Generally, we keep the clients documents for our records, but if you want your documents back then we will deliver the same back to you

What kind of security feature does your website have?

Our website is secured with secured socket layer i.e https:// format

WORK PROCESS

How much time it takes to complete the work?

The time for completing the work is highly depends upon the availability of data and documents to be provided by client.

How can we know the status of our work

You will be allotted a Customer Reference Number (CRN) which is unique number specially allotted to each our client. To know the status of your work, you are required to inquire our help desk assistant with this number and he will tell the exact status of your work.

How much time it will take to complete a particular service?

The time limit within which any particular service has to be done largely depends upon the nature of services. Some of the service which is of recurring nature for which governments has decided the due dates are being completed before its specified due dates. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. MCA website, Income Tax website, GST website) can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Problems like these are beyond our control.

What if I send the wrong documents

We will work completely relying on the data and documents provided to us. If the client does any mistake while providing us the correct data, then the complete responsibility of work shall remain with client.

What if I want to ask questions to your experts on phone?

Yes, you can surely contact our experts on our official contact number for any queries. For more detailed discussion we advise to take an appointment of our expert and do one to one meeting.

Does OC guarantees the works for which government approvals are necessary?

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of particular procedure for which government approvals are necessary. For instance, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of OC or MCA may reject the name approval application of company for lawful reasons.

APPOINTMENTS AND MEETINGS

Can we meet personally?

Yes, Client can meet us and visit our office physically subject to Surat jurisdiction (on appointment basis only).

Can we do online meeting

Yes, our experts are available on zoom meeting or watsapp video call on pre appointment basis

How can we take appointment?

Just feel this form for booking an appointment and our expert will message and mail you the time and date of meeting.

What if I am not agree with the time and date of meeting given by expert?
You can message or mail us back to the same mobile number and email id from which you have received the mail or message and write us the date and time at which you want to hold meeting. If our experts are available at that time, they will confirm the same through message or mail?
What if I do not know how mail?

For the sake of smooth flow, you can also simply text us rather than mail. Our help desk assistants will reply to your text messages

PAYMENTS

How can we make the payment of services we want to get?

You can make online payment through NEFT/RTGS OR IMPS straight to our bank account. Our bank account details will be provided to you once the work is confirmed with clients

Can we make cash payments?

Cash payments are not advisable unless in case of extreme emergency cases only and that too subject to Surat jurisdiction only.

Can we make payment through cheque?

Yes, payments through cheques are acceptable. Our experts will proceed with your work only after the cheque gets cleared.

Can we make payments through paytm or google pay or any other application?

The payments through paytm, google pay or any other application is acceptable up to Rs. 5,000/- only. Any payment above Rs. 5,000/- shall not be accepted through this mode

If I am not able to get my refund back, can I switch the service?

Yes, you can select any other service of similar value in the place of original service.

Can we get the refund of payment done?

Unfortunately, there is no facility available for refund once the payment is made against particular service in case customer changes their mind not to avail the services. Payment can be refunded only in the genuine cases where onclinechartered is at fault. If in case, once confirming the services, customer changes their mind to cancel the services, refund will not be granted. Moreover, Refund cannot be granted for the factors which are out of the control of OC .

How much time will it take to get my refund money back?

Generally, it will take 10 to 12 working days for refund to get credited into your bank account

Can I get the refund of Government expenses once the same are already paid by OC?

No, Government charges once paid cannot be refunded back to you because we cannot ask government to grant us the refund of the same.
