When to conduct RERA audit?

RERA AUDIT needs to be conducted every financial year. After conducting RERA audit report is required to be filed on the official website of RERA in Form -5. An Audited Financial Statements needs to be attached with FORM-5. Form 5 is an annual report on the statement of accounts within 6 months from the end of the financial year.
